LIST OF DOCUMENT’S REQUIRED

Applicant Valid passport is required( handwritten passport is not allowed)
Personal updated bank statement of last six months & I.T Papers for last three years.
3 month salary slip
Confirm Hotel confirmation from Sweden with payment slip.
Covering letter on Business letterhead addressed to Embassy of Sweden New Delhi with proper entry and exit date.
For Family or friend visit need legalized invitation.
Form with 2 signature, if minor travelling both parent signature is needed.
If empolyed than leave letter is needed in original with proper dates.
Ticket Copy
Travel Insurance Policy for minimum 15 days from the date of travel
Photo 35x45mm with white background and 80% face coverage.
Mobile Number of the passenger is must.

IMPORTANT NOTE’S

300/- Rs for Courier mandatary which is included in the fee.

Jurisdiction

Sweden Embassy will accept all state passport.
