LIST OF DOCUMENT’S REQUIRED

Covering letter on Business letterhead addressed to Consulate general Of Belgium Mumbai. Applicants vaild passport is required ( Handwritten passport is not allowed )
Name and designation of the person should be mentioned in the covering letter who is signing the Covering letter with the round stamp and seal.
Confirm Hotel confirmation from Belgium or tour Itinerary from the registrated tour operator.
For Family or friend visit need legelized invitatiopn(3bis)
If empolyed than leave letter is needed.
Personal updated bank statement of last six months & I T Papers for last three years
3 month salary slip
Medical Insurance Policy should be signed by the applicant in blue ink.

IMPORTANT NOTE’S

Application Form needs 2 signature of the pax.
Passport requires 4 blank pages.
The insurance should be signed by the applicant
DD in the name of “VFS Belgium- SCB A/C No 24105038515” payable at Mumbai.
